Welcome to the International Women's Association (IWA) Penang.
The
primary goal of the IWA Penang is to support expatriates and their families residing in and around Penang. For first time expatriates and experienced
expatriates alike we strive to provide interesting social, cultural and
sporting activities within our community.
Additionally, the organisation supports the Penang community with a volunteer
network and fundraising efforts for local charities, particularly those
which assist women and children.
If you are moving to Penang or just desire to know what events are taking
place here with the IWA, feel free to browse our website and discover

Following on from a very busy few weeks with our Annual Christmas Charity Bazaar/Windows on Penang Expo, formal Christmas dinner & Christmas lunch, we're taking a break on meetings & activities until the New Year.

IWA Office is closed at weekends &
on public holidays. It will also be closed on any day where we hold a General or
Annual General Meeting or external Coffee Morning.
Some Interest Groups may not meet
during Public Holidays, summer vacation or Christmas vacation - please check
with the organiser on our Interest Groups page
before travelling or making specific arrangements.
