General information for Members:

SIGNUPS FOR ALL IWA PENANG EVENTS

Please contact the Office in person or by telephone (during Office open hours). We ask that you pay for all events in advance, other than General Meetings where you can pay on the door (but do remember to sign up first so that we can ensure sufficient food to be prepared). IWA Office telephone number is 04 898 2540. 

Please pay for all other events in advance – by cash/cheque to the Office, cheque via mail, or at any General Meeting. All payments will be receipted. Cheques must be made payable to ‘IWA Penang’. Please note that any cheques received cannot have any other payee name on them nor any alteration on them e.g. initialled corrections as our bank will refuse to honour them.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2012

The AGM of IWA Penang will take place on Tuesday 21 February 2012 at Tanjung Bunga Beach Hotel.

OFFICE

Please take care when parking outside the Office so as not to prevent access by our neighbours to their homes – especially the house at 18 Jalan Tan Jit Seng – the owners do need room on both sides of the road to manoeveur their cars into their drive way and sometimes, with IWA members cars parked between our properties & straight across the road, this gets to be a little difficult.
